Classroom Fund Requests now fall under the Grade Funds umbrella. Please choose the grade funds option for the CHOOSE FUND/EVENT drop-down.

How much money do I have available?
You can find how much money you have available through Grade Funds on your grade Giving Drive Flyer —> https://ghsc.net/givingdrive/
How much money do I have left after my previous request?
Staff can always find their previous requests on GHSC Toolkit by clicking on the MY ACCOUNT tab > Click on PREVIOUS ORDERS > Click on the FORMS tab. A list of previous form will be listed. If you are not seeing your form confirmation listed, go back to the Reimbursement Request Form and the request might still be unprocessed. If you are still having issues, please contact the GHSC Directory Chair <[email protected]>.

Classroom Giving Drive
At the start of each school year, GHSC and Guadalupe join forces for the Guadalupe Classroom Giving Drive. This fundraiser is a straight donation to each grade and raises money for field trips and classroom & grade-wide events. We need staff help to ensure this fundraiser succeeds and to avoid field trips being canceled due to lack of funds.
You can help by ensuring your first emails or classroom newsletters have information about the Classroom Giving Drive. Here are some helpful links and suggestions:

- Challenge the families in your class to submit their donations at Back-to-School night; a special treat will be planned for their students.

Sharing All Your Photos
The Yearbook Team depends on staff uploading photos they have taken, to be used for the yearbook. Staff and Parents can upload photos to the Google Folders system we have linked below.
Please upload your photos to the classroom folder or an event folder or grade-wide folder.
