  • How do I become a sponsor? // Visit our sponsorship page for information on becoming a sponsor and find a link to our online sponsor form.
  • I was a sponsor during the 2019/20 school year, how do I renew my sponsorship? // Please contact our Sponsor Chair about a special offer to our returning sponsors. Email us at [email protected].
  • What sponsor opportunities are there with the Guadalupe Home & School Club? // Our fundraising team has put together four sponsorship options. The levels are: under $200, over $200, $500, & $1000. Each level offers similar perks but each has added bonuses. Please check out the sponsorship page for more detailed information.
  • I completed the sponsorship online submission form but there is no way to submit my payment to Guadalupe Home & School? // Our Sponsor Chair will confirm receipt of your submission in an email, followed by Paypal email invoice to collection your donation. If you have not received a response to your submission with 5 business days, please email [email protected].
  • Is my sponsorship tax deductible? // All sponsorships are considered to be donations and it is, up to the fullest extent allowed by the Internal Revenue Service and based on what you have contributed. For more advice, please consult your tax professional.
  • How can I view my advertisement or logo placement? // Please submit your request to our Sponsor Chair and we will make sure to share any materials that include your advert or logo. Email [email protected].
  • What image file is required for my advert or sponsor logo? //  All Logo & Ad image quality should not be less than 200 dpi;  Accepted image file formats: TIF, TIFF, JPG, EPS, PNG, AI, PSD, and PDF- Full Page Ad = 8″ x 5”;  Half Page (medium) Ad = 4″ x 5”;  Business Card (small) Ad = 4″ x 2.5”
