Additional Funds Request

The Guadalupe Home & School Club (GHSC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing enrichment opportunities for all Guadalupe Elementary students. Our mission is to supplement the school’s core curriculum, enhancing the educational experience for both students and families.

To support this mission, we recognize that occasional needs arise outside of the approved budget. This process allows stakeholders to submit one-time funding requests for projects or items that were not included in the original budget proposal.

Once a request is submitted, the GHSC Board will review it and present it to the community for voting. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval, as each request is subject to board review, community voting, and the availability of funds. Our goal is to ensure fair decision-making and financial transparency while aligning funding decisions with our mission.

Please allow the GHSC board 10 business days to review your request and provide next steps.
