YEARBOOK COVER ART CONTEST

ARTWORK SUBMISSION

DEADLINE IS

MONDAY, 1/6/2025

REQUIRED GUIDELINES:

  • Use the backside of the 8.5″x11″ cover art contest flyer, or a plain white 8.5″x11″ paper. Please use the paper vertically.
  • Design must include the following items:
    • Guadalupe Elementary
    • Current School Years (example, 2024-2025)
  • Use of the following art medium is allowed: Crayon, Paint, Pastels, Markers, Colored Pencils, Watercolors, Cut Paper.
  • Your artwork must be in color.
  • Avoid leaving the background blank or white.
  • Write your full names, grade and teachers name on the BACK with a light pencil.
  • Keep what’s important in the design (for example, school name) away from the edges of the paper.

SUBMISSION INFORMATION:

  • Drop off your student’s artwork to the front office during school hours, starting 12/2/24.
  • Place artwork inside the rainbow box located in the front office. Please do not give the artwork to staff members to turn in.
  • All artwork should be dropped off to the front office NO LATER THAN 1/5/25 @ 3pm. (No late entries will be accepted.)

STUDENTS WILL VOTE ON THE COVER ARTWORK STARTING FRIDAY, 1/10/25
