Starting Arts & Guadalupe presents

Guadalupe is excited to have our Grizzlies on stage this winter, performing in Starting Art’s Pecos Bill and Slue Foot Sue: Meet the Dirty Dan Gang. This show has so many excellent roles for all students. Listed below are the key dates for this production and the participation fee for each performer. The grade requirement for this production is your student must be currently in 3rd/4th/5th grade. This is not a Union School District Sponsored program.

  • Registration Dates: 8/15/22
  • Poduction Start Date: 8/30/22
  • Audition Date: 8/30/22
  • Rehearsal Dates & Times: Tuesdays AND Thursdays, 2:40-4:10pm
  • Mandatory Rehearsal Dates: October 3rd, 4th & 5th 2022
  • During School Preview: TBA (optional)
  • Performance Dates: Octover 6th & October 7th (evening shows, times TBA)

Meet the Show Director: Emily Aid 

Emily has been training in Music, Dance and Singing for over 15 years, she graduated from the University of Chichester in England in 2018 with a BA (Hons) in Theater.

SHOW CASTED! (see below)

  • Registration for Pecos Bill… begins 8/15/22.
  • The show is ~ first registered, first cast. The earlier you register, the stronger the chance your spot in the show is secured.
  • There is a strong likelihood the show will have two casts, and students will have a better chance for a featured role with lines.
  • Once the show hits 40 performers, subsequent students will be placed on a waitlist.
  • All performer fees are due at the time of registration. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Only registered performers will be allowed to audition. NO WALK-INS ARE ACCEPTED.
  • After auditions, if your performer is unhappy with their part or chooses to drop out of the show, NO REFUNDS ALLOWED.

All tickets are final sale. Ticket refunds will not be available, but parents are welcome to post/sell tickets on the GHSC Facebook Group.

District Event Guidelines
